We offer full body, high energy classes to work your entire body, as well as cardio, core, mind and body exercises, Atlas HIIT, Kratos Cross Training, Pilates Barre Fusion, Kickbox Fit, Flex and Stretch, Epoch Training, and Total Body Sculpt and more! Semi-personal training gives you that extra mile that group energy allows, giving you countless physical, mental and social benefits, without the downside of a huge class. 

Our semi-personal training groups are small scale, never exceeding 8 participants. We want you to receive the attention you deserve with the added boost from fellow transformers without feeling like you are getting lost in the crowd!

Class Descriptions

Full Body HIIT

Full Body HIIT training is a full body and all-around workout that will make you sweat! Our high-intensity interval training focuses on full calorie burning through rapid movements, allowing you to release energy and any blockages in your body. Full Body HIIT may use equipment, but you will primarily be using your own body weight (through calisthenics) and cardio training to transform. This highly intense workout program is focused on keeping up your heart rate, improving your cardiovascular health and burning away stubborn fat while creating circuit exercises of short time periods These exercises are great ‘take-away’ training, as you can do these workouts anywhere and anytime since there is no equipment required!

Pilates-Barre Fusion

With Pilates Barre Fusion, you can transform the way your body looks, feels, and performs. Your training is a fusion of Ballet & Pilates exercises at the barre and on the mat. Through this workout, you will achieve a toned, well-shaped body, as well as a healthy, strong posture and back. You can achieve alignment and mind-body connection in this full body workout routine. Instead of a traditional Pilates or Barre class involving clunky machines, you will be using dynamic exercises involving bands, balls, and calisthenics (using only your own body weight) movements. Combined, these focused techniques will build your muscle and overall fitness without tiring out your joints (as it was originally designed for soldiers and people with injuries). Your training session will fly by as you focus on stretching, holding positions, and working your muscles to fatigue in a fusion-based transformation!

Kickbox Fit

In Kickbox Fit training groups, you will fuse fitness with fun and a celebration of martial arts. You will test your endurance with high-intensity cardio while simultaneously feeling the rocking muscle strength workout. This offering also gives you an opportunity to learn some self-defense in order to empower yourself in any situation. By coordinating the strength of the body and the mind into one punch and kick of energy, you will become a fighter in every arena of life! Our trainers base each training on the foundations of the traditional Thai martial art. Aside from the obvious fitness benefits you also learn and perfect traditional Muay Thai techniques. With Kickbox Fit you can burn off more calories than with traditional cardio session. 1 hour of Kickbox Fit can burn more than a 1000 calories all whilst also building up muscular strength and power. Flex & Stretch

Flex & Stretch involves a mixture of techniques from yoga, pilates, strength, balance, core, and flexibility that will give you a boost in energy. You will perform active yet light movements, stretching exercises, and static positions, all aimed to promote circulation, improve posture and increase flexibility. There are many benefits that this class will give you include a decreased risk of injury, as you will have improved blood flow and an enhanced posture. You will experience a reduction in muscle tension and stress in your joints while giving your blood supply a boost. Meanwhile, nutrients to your muscles will be increased, as this training assists in healing muscles, usually causing soreness after an intense workout. You will also feel the benefit of relaxation and reduced stress through movements that seamlessly marry yoga flows with gymnastic stretch techniques!

Cross Training

Cross Training involves you in a high-intensity circuit workout designed to burn off the maximum amount of calories. You will be combining body-weight and coordination training, such as plyometrics and proprioceptive exercises, along with tackling cardio elements from mixed martial arts. You will strengthen, tone and tighten those areas of opportunity.  Dumbells, the rack, TRX, battle ropes, Versa Climber, slide boards, traditional weights and elements from kickboxing are all combined to give you an unforgettable full-body workout. Other workouts only target your specific muscle groups or stamina. This workout will give you increased strength, sharpen your coordination while improving your cardio, flexibility, and reactivity into explosive power and gains. Your instructor will give you personal attention and focused instructions to meet your every fitness goal while supervising your incredible transformation. This workout is highly demanding and perfect for those who want to push beyond what they believe to be possible!

BootyRock

BootyRock is the perfect fit for you if you want to turn heads on the beach or at the swimming pool, or just want to look even better in your favorite skirt. You will be doing air squats, explosive squats, isometric quad raises, single leg glute bridges and twisting pistons among many scientifically proven muscle-growing exercises. Focusing on these areas specifically will push your muscles to the point of exhaustion and achieve the booty of your dreams. Your confidence will skyrocket through the released endorphins coupled with the mental stamina that intense workouts at Atlas give you. You will never want to wear anything but your bikini after this class to show off your new booty. Yoga-Barre Blend

Yoga-Barre Blend is a training session that will give you the functional flexibility and personal aesthetics you desire. Our unique training program blends ballet-inspired exercises and yoga poses. No previous experience is required for us to help you reach a ballet and yoga-type of physique, with flexibility and a toned body. If you are looking to increase your muscle strength without bulking up, then you will love this program. Through this training, you will also improve your posture at a fast pace. You will also take full advantage of our exclusive mix of exercises to boost your cardiovascular endurance, leading to total heart health. Plus, you will increase your metabolism, which burns away calories and fat quickly. Using yoga’s well-documented benefits will give you an increased flexibility throughout your body. Epoch Training (50+)

Epoch Training is specifically designed to keep you in shape if you are over 50. Through supervised moves from incredible instructors and exclusive group morale, a fitness program based on functional training will help you reach your best shape yet! You will mix calisthenic exercises, lightweight use, medicine balls, steppers, kettlebells, Bosus, Swiss Balls, bands, and rope for a full body workout. With this training, you will increase your flexibility, strength, cardiovascular health, and any other area of the body that you feel needs improvement. As a group, your semi-personal sessions will feature trainer supervision and movements specifically tailored for your needs and goals. As functional fitness is adaptable, your trainer will help to identify the best workout plan for you and only the most exclusive group to boost your results! Your trainer will know how to help you reach a new peak of health without pushing too hard or fast, making your body heal and become more resilient through training, as opposed to injury. Epoch Training will help you with all the physical demands of life, while increasing your overall health and longevity into the cosmos and beyond!

Total Body Sculpt

Total Body Sculpt will give you the body you have always wanted! You will work with an exclusive group to strengthen, sculpt, and define your entire body while receiving specific feedback and adaptable moves from your trainer. If you want to have a more defined and visibly strong body, then this training is the right fit. You will work on your core, legs, glutes, with some integration of upper-body strength for solid arms and shoulders. Body weight and small equipment will be key for you to realize the body you imagine having. Instead of a cardio-intensive workout, this training will make you focus on hypertrophy, meaning you will gain visible muscle mass. With your group unit and individual supervision of our expert trainers, you can have a tighter, more visibly fit body, which will grow and show off your muscles while burning away bothersome fat.
