Dr. KainthMedical Aesthetics / Infusion Drips
Dr. Kainth was born and raised in Germany. After studying human medicine, he came to Switzerland in 2003 and worked at numerous (university) clinics across various fields. In 2014 he completed the courses of the German Society for Aesthetic Botulinum Toxin Therapy. This is the only company in German-speaking countries that provides a well-founded, standardized training and further education for physicians recognized by the medical associations, with regular inclusion of the latest developments, in order to guarantee a high and safe standard of therapy. In 2015, he joined the global network Globalhealth, which promotes standardization and quality assurance in the field of aesthetic medicine. Since then, he regularly attends several international congresses and advanced training events in the fields of medical aesthetics, anti- and better-aging, both in the classical conventional medical context and in alternative medical areas.

Botulinum type A acts on the contact points of nerves and muscles, the so-called neuromuscular synapse. There it reduces or prevents the release of the messenger substance acetylcholine, which is responsible, among other things, for the transmission of nerve impulses for muscular tension. As a result, the muscle and thus also the overlying skin relaxes, smoothing out wrinkles or disappear completely
The reduced activity of individual facial muscles also helps to avoid facial expressions that cause wrinkles and at the same time reduces the development of new wrinkles.
Botulinum is ideal for mimic wrinkles in the area of the upper third of the face:
- Glabella lines (wrinkle of anger)
- Lateral eye wrinkles (crow’s feet)
- Further mimic-induced wrinkles
In addition, there are other possible applications than in the aesthetic field. For example, it can be successfully used in the treatment of excessive sweating in the armpits (hyperhidrosis). Further areas of application, however, lie outside the use approved by Swissmedic, so that information on this is not permitted here. If you are interested, Dr. Kainth will be happy to inform you personally.
In chemical terms, hyaluronic acid is a long chain of sugar molecules that occur almost everywhere in our body. The main characteristic is the large capacity to bind water (up to 6 litres per gram). This gives the individual tissue firmness, moisture and elasticity.
The individual preparations used in aesthetic medicine differ mainly in their water-binding capacity and firmness. For example, there are preparations for simple anti-wrinkle injections, which are rather liquid, spread well but bind little water or those for deep injections down to the bone, which are dense and can bind to more water thus have a volumizing effect.
Hyaluronic acid is very versatile and can, therefore, be used in many ways depending on your wishes and goals:
- Correction of light, medium and deep wrinkles
- Improvement of the surface structure of the skin
- Volume enhancement and face contouring
- Emphasis of the lip contour
- Lip volume enhancement
Even people with an ideal weight can have problem areas: The distribution of fat in the body is genetically determined and cannot be influenced by diets or sport. With injection lypolisis, a fat-dissolving substance is injected, which leads to fat reduction – with a lasting result provided the body weight remains unchanged.
Since the distribution of fat in the body is genetically determined, it cannot be influenced by diet and sport. Increased calorie consumption or a reduced calorie intake can only influence the total weight. This means that even with an ideal weight, problem zones can remain.
The only way to influence disturbing zones was liposuction. Injection lipolysis is a revolutionary method available to effectively treat specific problem areas.

Infusions - Orthomolecular Medicine
The basis of orthomolecular medicine is a healthy, balanced diet. However, this goal cannot realistically be achieved in many cases due to various influences, such as nutrient deficiencies in the soil, long storage and transport times for food, modern food processing or simply due an unhealthy and imbalanced diet.
Orthomolecular medcinie seeks to create balance by increasing the levels of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, nutrients and etc. in the bloodstream through intravenous drips, more commonly known as infusions. With the exception of iron, high levels of vitamins and minerals are not dangerous to the body but instead may support and improve its most basic and also more sophisticated functions.
Dr. Kainth has a variety of infusion cocktails to treat variety of needs.

An analysis of your genes creates certainty!
Do your chronological and biological ages match?
Are your cells fitter than your age would suggest or do you need some support?
How fit is your metabolism?
Are you fat, carbohydrate, or protein efficient?
In cooperation with HealthBioCare, a spin-off of the University of Vienna, Dr. Kainth can offer you a comprehensive analysis of the age and “condition” of your cells as well as a complete analysis of your metabolism. This is not about the search for diseases or other genetic “predictions”. The true composition of your metabolism, age of your cells and DNA is determined on the basis of various tests. You will also learn what you can do to support/rejuvenate your cells and metabolism.

Iron Deficiency Syndrome
The most important iron function is the formation of blood. The blood enables the transportation of vital oxygen to the organs and tissues. However, it is not only the hematopoietic cells that are dependent on sufficient iron (functional iron) but also over a hundred other bodily functions, such as energy production in the cells or hormone production.
Typical symptoms of a deficiency include:
- Chronic fatigue/depletion states
- Concentration problems
- Hair Loss
- Mental instability up to depressive moods
- Sleep disturbances
- Light headedness
- Neck tensions
- Nail brittleness
- Restless legs
The necessary iron dose is calculated individually on the basis of the symptoms present and after determination of certain blood values.
After the dose has been calculated, an individual therapy plan is established. The guidelines of the Swiss Iron Health Organisation (SIHO) serve as a basis for this. VenustaMed is a SIHO-certified Medical Iron Centre.
